As an ex-president, Mike, he's guaranteed Secret Service protection for life. Will the agents go behind bars? Sounds comical, but there already a bit of speculation about that in the media.

DeleteIf the conviction stands on appeal, he will be punished. He might not get jail time, but he will still be punished with other penalties.
