I don’t think I watched any one episode of Seinfeld in its entirety. Although I do remember tuning in because everyone said they would be watching the finale.
OK, JM, Andrew, and Linda, this post isn't really about Seinfeld. I was just using its reputation for being a TV "show about nothing" to comment on a war that accomplished nothing.
In order to keep the hucksters, humbugs, scoundrels, psychos, morons, and last but not least, artificial intelligentsia at bay, I have decided to turn on comment moderation. On the plus side, I've gotten rid of the word verification.
I heard a member of the cast of Friends died, well I think I did. I never watched the show, although my partner did. Which one in the photo died?
ReplyDeleteAndrew, this is Seinfeld, not Friends, though the two shows are often confused. It was Matthew Perry (not pictured) who died.
DeleteThere were some deaths in Iran, too.
At least in Seinfeld, they all ended up in jail, remember that? Too bad Trump's not there right now.
ReplyDeleteThe wrong people ended up behind bars, Debra.
DeleteCrazy times Kirk.
ReplyDeleteI know, Ananka.
DeleteIn the first instance “nothing” was entertaining. And then it took a turn for the worse.
ReplyDeleteWe certainly didn't need a spinoff, David.
DeleteTo think the characters of Seinfeld went to jail and that asshole has not.
ReplyDeleteWe need a reboot, Mitchell.
DeleteI never got into this show.
ReplyDeleteWhat about the war, Linda?

DeleteSatire is what closes on Saturday night
Delete--George S. Kaufman
Both accomplished nothing. LOL
ReplyDeleteNothing is the new something.
ReplyDeleteA very lethal something, Ruby.
DeleteGod Trump is a knob
ReplyDeleteAgreed, John.
DeleteSchlimme Zeiten mit sehr viel Nichts. An vielen Orten in der Welt.
