Andrew, my time was limited so I just chose Duvall's most famous movie line, though, paradoxically, the Godfather may be his most famous film (both directed by Francis Ford Coppola.)
Hello Kirk, Robert Duvall is a sad loss, despite his 95 years. My favorite work of his was the Twilight Zone episode Miniature, in which he plays a troubled milquetoast with an sort of overbearing mother (played by Pert Kelton!) who retreats into a world of dollhouse miniatures. On my dvd version, the dollhouse scenes have been colorized, in what I read was an early demonstration of the process. I also recall a very effective use of Mozart's piano sonata in a-minor.
I have the entire series on dvd. I need to locate it and start rewatching episodes. My favorite episode, oddly enough, is also about a doll: Living Doll with Telly Savalas and Talky Tina, the original killer doll. --Jim
