They Don't Always Have More Fun

(originally posted  2/21/2009)

Both my two sisters and my brother had blond hair when they were kids.

My one sister is still blond, but both the other sister and  brother are now brunettes.

I, on the other hand, came out of the womb a brunette, and have remained a brunette for most of my life.

Lately, though, I've found that my hair is getting lighter, the reverse situation of my two sisters and my brother. Ironic, huh?

Well, that's enough blogging for today.

I think I'll stop by the drugstore and pick up some Grecian Formula.

  1. i was born with black, black hair. by the time i was two, my hair was white-blonde. it gradually moved to boring brown, with some red highlights. for a while, i dyed it red, then blonde. of course, gray is the predominant color now. except that i went back to red. hell, it's just hair. may as well play!

  2. You dye your hair red? So did Lucille Ball. Don't be surprised if some Cuban bandleader suddenly starts hitting on you.

  3. Why dye?

I like your new look (I mean, the blog).

  4. You can dye your hair but not your age.

Glad you like the new look, Kass. Originally, I just wanted to add some pictures to the sidebar, but when I did, it didn't quite mesh with the overall design, so I decided a change was due.

In order to keep the hucksters, humbugs, scoundrels, psychos, morons, and last but not least, artificial intelligentsia at bay, I have decided to turn on comment moderation. On the plus side, I've gotten rid of the word verification.
